Also https://github.com/AcademySoftwareFoundation/tac has a lot of what you might be looking for, as well as the various GOVERNANCE, CONTRIBUTING, etc., in the individual projects such as OpenColorIO and OpenVDB.

I'm looking for some public documentation of the foundation structure, including the roles of the governing board, TAC, and project TSCs. Basically, a public equivalent to the "Open Source Investigation Summary and Recommendations" pdf that was circulated before the foundation was formed.
