New OpenColorIO CLA

Michael Dolan

Hello OCIO contributors,

OpenColorIO will be adopting a new CLA (Contributor License Agreement) in May. All of the ASWF is moving to a consistent CLA to ease contributions across projects. Most other projects have already made the switch, but we were waiting until OCIO v2 had time to settle a bit to prevent blocking critical contributions during initial testing. If you are an individual contributor, you don't need to do anything yet. The first time you submit a pull request after the change you'll be prompted to sign the new ICLA. If you are a corporate contributor you can get the new CCLA signed now in EasyCLA before the switchover. If you search for "OpenColorIO" in EasyCLA you will find two listings. The one titled "OpenColorIO - ASWF 2020 v2.1" is the new CCLA. This link will provide documentation for managing a CCLA through EasyCLA: https://docs.linuxfoundation.org/lfx/easycla/getting-started . If you have any other questions, please reach out and we'll be happy to help.

Thanks for contributing!
