Has anyone tried the photoshop 6 beta yet? One of the line items is '3dlut adjustment', and I was curious what this meant. Couldn't find the docs online (yet). Maybe you can now select a 3dlut from

Re: Nuke now shipping with OpenColorIO support
Great, congrats indeed!
(and the curve editor zoom-reset-bug was fixed :D)
Might be a bit tedious to keep updated, but would it be worthwhile keeping a list of which application use which OCIO version

Re: Gain/gamma on alpha or not?
Good to know. In Silhouette before v4.5 alpha overlay was never affected by gain/gamma.
Agreed. Thanks for the advice.

Interesting. I'm not aware of any nuke or katana users asking for this to be turned off. ;) (And of course the nuke alpha monitor behavior is likely unchanged for many many years).

Gain/gamma on alpha or not?
Currently I have my display config set up the same as Katana, where the gain/gamma also affect the alpha channel.
I have users asking to turn this off.
Is there a recommended way to handle this? Is

Ah - I think I'm running quite an old version of the plugins then, as mine doesn't...
Apologies - I'll get these all updated then.

Not sure I understand the question, but... The usual gain/gamma controls are useful on data, e.g for multiplying down distance-from-camera-in-world-units passes into some visible 0-1ish range

proper display transforms for Depth?
When displaying data/depth, what display transform settings do people generally expect to apply?
It seems to me I'd just want to set the display type and that's it.
