We've updated the example OCIO Configurations.

The spi-vfx, spi-anim profiles have been cleaned up to work with OCIO
0.8, and the nuke-default profile now matches Nuke 6.3.
The IIF profile is not changed, but will be updated post siggraph to
match recent IIF RRT development efforts.
