I've been following the discussion for yaml-cpp on the upstream
tracker and had a question.

Is it yet known if OCIO is going to use the 0.3.0 or the new 0.5.0 version?

The reason I ask is that I need to know to which version to petition
the Fedora packager to update. (That's a lot of "to"'s)
