If anyone is interested in helping integrate OCIO into MLT(!), the lead developer of MLT has indicated he'd be open to it, but is mainly limited by developer resources. [0]

I don't have the required knowledge, unfortunately, but thought I'd drop a note here in case anyone qualified has the same burning desire!
