Compiling OCIO for Nuke 13

Hey all,

I'm trying to compile OCIO for Nuke 13 on CentOS 7. There's more info in my community thread here: https://community.foundry.com/discuss/topic/157240/question-about-compiling-openimageio-for-nuke-13

But the short questions are is there a way to just compile against Nuke's OCIO, or what is the build setup that I can match against?
