Recent conversations in the working group have proposed a project focused on a set of co-developed libraries which can be used to build a content player/review platform in the open source.  

Sony Imageworks has led this conversation with a proposal based on sharing their internal product "itview" and is considering this as a way to jumpstart the effort.

I'd like to get a pulse from the participants in the working group on what level of participation you would be interested in for a project like this.
